Securities/Real Estate Lawyer
Tulsiani Investments is a real estate firm that provides its clients with many real estate related products and services including development, brokerage, financing, training etc... We are seeking to add an in-house lawyer to our suite of services. As a lawyer with Tulsiani Investments, you will provide clients with advice on every aspect of the business of Securities and Real Estate, including acquisition, disposition, joint ventures, project development, financing and leasing. You will co-ordinate with the Ontario Securities Commission and Real Estate Counsel of Ontario as need.

Broker of Record (Real Estate)
Due to tremendous growth, we are creating a separate real estate brokerage division. This division will focus on assisting investor (rather than retail clients) to find investment deals.
To head this division, we are looking for a real estate broker for the position of “Broker of Record”. Your core duties will include recruiting salespersons, locating lucrative deals and assisting our club members. Compensation will be a combination of base salary and bonus.
