- For our Affiliates empowering new Affiliates to join our program…We will pay you a $250.00 bonus each time your new Affiliate brings a client who completes his investment in a Tulsiani Investments Project
The Process
To begin simply read the terms & conditions below and complete on the online signup form and become an affiliate partner, it\’s free. Upon receipt of your application, we will acknowledge you and send you the tools you need in order to begin tapping into your own network. Once you have identified a potential Investor, you email us their full name and email address, 2 phone numbers and preferred time to be contacted or the investor can contact us directly. We will then discuss the opportunity with your lead. Subject to your investor\’s bank approval and reception of all their deposit checks, we will then pay you $500.00 to $1,500 referral fee!

To become a Tulsiani Investments Affiliate member you must approve this agreement by clicking I agree box below and submit your online signup form.

Only once your form has been received by our office will we proceed to assign you with an ID number and compensate you for the referrals that invest in Tulsiani Investments projects.

As an Official Affiliate we will email the tools you need to promote your new part time business.

Your task as Affiliate is to introduce our unique project investments to your network via emails, flyers or phone calls.

Only approved promotional information by Tulsiani Investments may be used to promote our projects. All Affiliates are requested to submit any alternative publicity or advertising they intend to use for office approval by email to

All manual referrals should be emailed to our office and be properly identified with full name, email address and 2 phone numbers including the best number and time to call them along with any other instructions.

All affiliates that you empower to join our program will need to complete the online affiliate form. This is so we may assign an ID number for tracking purposes for their activity to your own ID number.

All compensation will be paid after bank approvals, reception of all deposit checks as required by the client\’s investment. To receive any of the referral fees you need to be a recognized Affiliate in our program. Every time you refer an Investor who purchases a property from one of our projects you will receive $500.00. For our Affiliate empowering new Affiliates to join our program... we will pay you a $250.00 bonus each time your new affiliate brings a client who completes his investment in a Tulsiani Investment Project.

For manual referrals, when a transaction is completed, please advise us by email. At that time you will be requested to provide Tulsiani Investments with an invoice for said amount. Invoice can be made under your company name or under your name. Online referrals using your unique affiilate link do not need to be submitted in this way\; they are tracked automatically.
